The Company
Leading Edge Broadband Services, LLC (“Leading Edge”), is a
facilities based telecommunications provider specializing in the
design, implementation and management of dedicated private telecommunication networks for domestic and international
call centres. Leading Edge provides telecommunication services including toll free origination, domestic and international termination, advanced call routing, IVR, frame relay, private circuit, internet
access and disaster recovery planning services.
Leading Edge has partnered with Cyber City Teleservices, LTD
(“CCT”), a provider of Customer Relations Management (CRM)
solutions headquarted in Hackensack, New Jersey. CCT has
deployed the latest call centre technology at its seven-acre IT park
in Clarkfield, Pampanga, Philippines. Through its nearly 3,500
employees, CCT offers a full suite of CRM solutions including:
Inbound Call Management such as order entry, billing inquiries,
product payments, IVR and technical support. Data Management
such as manual data entry, voice transcription, optical scanning data conversion and outbound telemarketing.

The Leading Edge network provides carrier-grade quality switched and dedicated voice services as well as high-speed data and video services, and is supported around the clock by comprehensive monitoring and technical support personnel.
