In keeping with this objective, we have purchased and employ the most up to date Image Technology hardware and software available. This system scans and images your data from your document without that document ever leaving your building.
You are in control of the flow of data and we facilitate that data through our editing techniques where we review the images captured on a record by record basis and intervene to correct or data enter any vacancies.
The data is then returned to you in a "transaction file" or can be used to update your master data base, or can be reformatted to meet your system's requirements.

Our editing and operations staff on call and working 24/7 begins the inquiry into each form via high speed zone lookups.
These zone lookups are actually fields of data that are highlighted and enlarged for the editor.
Although they have been examined by the software technology for accuracy in data capture, we believe human intervention at this junction allows for the output of an even cleaner and more accurate product.
Given our low labour costs this dual system works to our client's objective of speed, control, accuracy, and low costs.
